Delivery Policy
How soon can I expect delivery?
Whilst we strive to delivery all orders within 7 days, we would ask you to please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
In an order containing multiple product types, each product may be despatched separately and therefore delivery of all products cannot be guaranteed on the same day even where an order requests several different products to be sent to the same address.
Delivery of Goods - Signature Required
If the recipient is in, our carrier will always ask for a signature. If no-one is at home, the carrier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged.
Worldwide Wealth Services Ltd takes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of any goods once they have been signed for. Any discrepancy between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered, including non-delivery, must be reported to Worldwide Wealth Services Ltd within 24 hours of receipt.
